Pulse Partnerships is a privately owned development company which specialises in small scale, sustainable approaches to the delivery of much needed housing and commercial property in the North West of England.

Our portfolio ranges from single stand alone houses to larger retail/commercial schemes (often delivered in partnerships with landowners and/or Local Authorities) and we create some of the North West's most beautiful and inspiring places in which to live and work.

We have a driving passion for unique design, delivering high-quality, award winning, residential and commercial schemes and with almost three decades of experience, we are creating a proud legacy.

Our Background.

Pulse Partnerships was established by Richard and Jo McGawley in 2011.

Prior to forming Pulse, Richard spent over 17 years as the Development Director of Modus Properties Ltd in Manchester, where he was the longest serving employee (being there from the very first development) and he was instrumental in delivering a development pipeline in excess of £1.2bn and an investment portfolio worth in excess of £1.7bn.

Jo was previously UK Sales Manager for Clearchannel UK, the largest outdoor advertising company in the World. Jo was responsible for their six regional offices and the management of their advertising revenue streams. Jo brings a wealth of marketing and PR experience to the business after 13 years in the industry.

Pulse create exquisite apartments and houses in some of the North West’s finest locations. We are renowned for upholding exceptional standards of quality through both sympathetic revival of fine heritage buildings and stunning new build homes which aren’t afraid to challenge convention. Our driving force is delivering quality houses that people can be proud to call home.

From a single house to a five acre site, we approach each project with consideration to it’s wider context. We firmly believe that creating homes of distinction begins with intelligent and innovative design. To achieve this, our highly experienced and talented design teams collaborate to make every Pulse property both an exceptional home and an astute investment.

Commercial

From a stand alone Drive-thru restaurant to a complex and comprehensive Town Centre regeneration scheme, we have the experience and skillset to deliver any size of development upto circa £60m in value across all sectors of commercial property.
